COVID-19 Notice to Customers

NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

A Local Emergency Directive was issued by the City of El Paso 

March 24, 2020 in relation to COVID-19

Under Section 6. XV. Definitions and Exemptions, Badgeworks Plus will continue to support Healthcare Operations and other exempt Essential businesses.

Badgeworks Plus will make available for purchase the following items: 

1. PHOTO I.D. BADGES

2. STANDARD NAME BADGES

These items will be provided under the following terms and conditions:

• Healthcare Operations must authorize and provide all information, including employee photos, pertaining to the order via e-mail to sales@badgeworksplus.com

• Only Healthcare Operations will be allowed to make a purchase and individual orders without authorization will not be accepted

• Credit card payment required upon ordering – Call 915-593-6351 to arrange payment

• Walk-In, In-Store and “While you Wait” purchases will not be offered

• Allow 24 hours for completion of order

• On-site photo sessions at a customer’s location and delivery of items will not be offered 

• Front door pick up only at Badgeworks Plus located at 1421 Lee Trevino D-9, El Paso, TX 79936

Badgeworks Plus will continue to follow the required Social Distancing and the regular cleaning of all surfaces at their location.
