Hiring: Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Assistant

Badgeworks Plus is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Assistant

The Jr. Graphic Designer/Production Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of the Sr. Graphic Designer. Duties and responsibilities include logo and layout design for print and promotional products. Creation, retouching, and manipulation of logos and images in preparation for print on various media substrates. Will assist in developing new designs and concepts related to our industry. This position will require learning the operation of all equipment and processes utilized in our industry including Laser engraving, UV Printing, full-color sublimation, and sign-making.

The position will also require “hands-on” participation in the production of products produced and sold by our company. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Computer knowledge of both MAC and PC environments

  • Experience in the following software applications:

  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Exceptional creativity and innovation

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with small hand tools and equipment

  • Bilingual

Hiring: Customer Service / Clerical Employee

Badgeworks Plus is seeking a customer service / clerical employee.

This position requires greeting customers, taking orders over the phone and in person, invoicing, fulfilling orders, answering phones, giving quotes, and keeping display areas clean. Operational and product make-ready duties will also be assigned. The ideal candidate should have retail experience or training in customer service; knowledge of G-suite or Microsoft Office products is also helpful.

 This is a temp position, a 30-hour/week position paying $12/hour, with the opportunity for permanent hire.

Opportunity for commission pay.

  • Face mask is required when entering Badgeworks Plus premises

  • Photo ID orders will be filled under the following terms and conditions:

All photo’s of employees and information must be authorized and e-mailed by the home office to sales@badgeworksplus.com Pre-payment by credit card required upon ordering-call 915-593-6351 Allow 48-72 hours for completion of order (depending on size of order, completion times may vary). On-site photo sessions at a customers’ location, delivery of order and “While you wait” service will not be offered at this time.

Beginning May 26, 2020 we will resume our regular business hours:

Monday–Friday 8a.m.– 5 p.m.

A Local Emergency Directive was issued by the City of El Paso 

March 24, 2020 in relation to COVID-19

Under Section 6. XV. Definitions and Exemptions, Badgeworks Plus will continue to support Healthcare Operations and other exempt Essential businesses.

Badgeworks Plus will make available for purchase the following items: 

  1. PHOTO I.D. BADGES

  2. STANDARD NAME BADGES

These items will be provided under the following terms and conditions:

  • Healthcare Operations must authorize and provide all information, including employee photos, pertaining to the order via e-mail to sales@badgeworksplus.com

  • Only Healthcare Operations will be allowed to make a purchase and individual orders without authorization will not be accepted

  • Credit card payment required upon ordering – Call 915-593-6351 to arrange payment

  • Walk-In, In-Store and “While you Wait” purchases will not be offered

  • Allow 24 hours for completion of order

  • On-site photo sessions at a customer’s location and delivery of items will not be offered 

  • Front door pick up only at Badgeworks Plus located at 1421 Lee Trevino D-9, El Paso, TX 79936
